Your links open at cut.pe.kr/code. The separate short domain exists to keep the address as short as possible; managing links and getting in touch happen here on artissavvy.kr.
Creating
Sign up, verify your email, and you can start right away. Enter a destination and a code is generated for you.
Choosing your own code is available from the power user level. Short, memorable codes go to whoever claims them first, so letting everyone pick would use up the good ones quickly.
Daily allowance
The limit rises on its own as you use the account. There is nothing to apply for.

Some accounts have a fixed limit set individually. When that applies, a note is shown with it.
Editing
- The destination can be changed only while nobody has opened the link. A link that has been opened is already shared somewhere, and quietly changing where it goes is indistinguishable from passing the checks and then redirecting elsewhere.
- The note and expiry date can be changed at any time.
- The code cannot be changed once set. Links already shared would break, and a released code picked up by someone else would send those links elsewhere.
- You can pause a link and open it again, and an expiry date closes it after that day.
What cannot be shortened
- Sites reported as malicious, phishing
- URLs that download an executable directly
- Addresses pointing to a private network or this device
- URLs with user info before the @ sign, used to disguise the destination
- The same address as a link already disabled for breaching the terms of use
Click counts
We count how many times a link was opened and when it was last opened. We do not record who opened it — no per-visitor logs, no advertising or analytics tools.
