Account and security
Password reset, two-factor authentication, closing your account.
Forgotten password
On the sign-in screen use Forgot your password? and enter the address you signed up with. The reset link works for one hour.
Setting a new password signs you out on every other device. Resetting a password usually means suspecting someone else knows it.
The reset itself does not sign you in. You sign in again with the new password, and if two-factor authentication is on you will need your code as well.
Two-factor authentication
Turn it on from the account security screen. You then enter a 6-digit code from your authenticator app when signing in. Recovery codes are provided for when the app is unavailable — keep them somewhere safe.
Accounts with admin rights must have it enabled.
Email address
Cannot be changed after signing up. The verified address is what the account rests on, and being able to change it would sidestep the re-signup waiting period.
Closing your account
You can close your account from the account screen. Your password confirms it is you.
Closing it deletes every link you made. This cannot be undone.
The same email address also cannot be used to sign up again for 30 days. This stops the allowance being reset by closing and re-opening accounts. If you have a pressing reason, get in touch — an administrator can lift it.
