It rises on its own as you use the account. Nothing to apply for.
How many you can create

The allowance rises on its own while the account is used normally. There is nothing to apply for.
An account that has never created a link does not rise, however old it is — aged accounts get bought and used for abuse.
Other limits
- Bursts: creating many in a few seconds means waiting a moment.
- Per destination: there is a cap on links to the same site per day.
- Per network: there is a cap per connecting address. In an office or school where many people share one address, this is the limit you may meet first.
Accounts with a fixed allowance
Some accounts have their allowance set individually. When that applies, a note is shown with it — "This account has a fixed daily limit." Get in touch if it needs adjusting.
