URLs that cannot be shortened

What gets refused

• Reported as malicious: addresses reported for phishing or malware. External reputation data is consulted.
• Direct executable downloads: addresses ending in .exe, .apk and similar.
• Private network or this device: localhost, 192.168.x.x and the like.
• Disguised destinations: forms like https://google.com@evil.com that hide the real host behind an @.
• Restricted domains: domains where problems have been confirmed repeatedly. Subdomains are included.
• Same address as a disabled link: where a link disabled for breaching the terms used to point. Refused for everyone.
• This service's own domains: cut.pe.kr and artissavvy.kr cannot be destinations.

When a domain is restricted later

Existing links stop working too. Restricting a domain is a judgement that the place is dangerous, so we do not block only new links while the ones already shared keep sending people there.
