Screens

The App has four tabs:

• Scan — read codes with the camera. This is the screen the App opens on.
• Create — turn your content into a code.
• History — revisit codes you have scanned or created.
• Settings — theme, language, feedback and more.

On large screens such as tablets and foldables, the bottom tabs are replaced by a side navigation rail.

Your first scan

1. Grant the camera permission on the Scan tab.
2. Point the camera so the code is inside the frame. Detection is automatic — no button to press.
3. When a code is found, a result sheet appears with actions matching the content type.

If a code will not scan

• Turn on the torch in low light.
• Use zoom for small or distant codes — pinch, or drag the slider.
• Filling the frame completely can make detection harder. Step back so the quiet zone around the code is visible.
• For a photo you already have, use scan from gallery.

If you denied the permission

If camera access is permanently denied, the App shows an explanation screen. Tap Open settings there to go to system settings and re-enable it.
